How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order via:
- Bank transfer
After ordering, you will receive an invoice with information on how to pay for your order.
After receipt of payment, your order will be sent.
- Invoice (only possible in consultation)

I live in another country within Europe, is it possible to place an order?

Yes, that is certainly possible. The shipping costs will be calculated on the order.
Can I influence the natural textures / patterns in the blue swatch products?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to influence the natural textures / patterns in the blue swatch products. For me too, it is a question of how these products come in.


What is Thes Design's delivery time?
Most products online are in stock, unless otherwise stated with the product (e.g. pre-order or on request).
Thes Design aims to have your order delivered to your home within 6 to 11 working days, upon receipt of payment.

What are the shipping costs within the Netherlands?
Shipping costs depend on the product and size of the order. After ordering, the shipping costs will be mentioned on the invoice. (Some products have an indication of the shipping costs due to size and weight).
Orders that fit through the letterbox will be sent for €4.95.

I did not collect my parcel from the Service Point. What now?
Didn't pick up your parcel on time? Then your parcel will be returned. Please send an e-mail to as soon as possible. Once the parcel is received back, it will be resent after contact (extra shipping costs will be charged). Without contact, the amount of the items minus shipping costs will be refunded. It is best to place a new order after this.

Is it possible to collect my order?
It is possible to collect the products. You can indicate this when you place your order. You will then receive the necessary information by e-mail.

Can I still change or cancel my order?
After placing your order, it is still possible to change or cancel it. Please send an e-mail with your new order to as soon as possible.


If I don't like the product, can I return it?
If you have received your product and you are not satisfied, you may return them within 14 days of delivery. Return costs are at your own expense.
You can return the products by putting them back in their original packaging, without signs of use.
If you do not report the return, return outside the return period, you will not receive a refund. The same also applies if a product is returned very damaged

Can I exchange my item?
No problem! Send an email to info@thesdesign after which you can, return your item (at your own expense) and place a new order.


I have a complaint about my order, where can I send it?
Too bad you are not satisfied ver your order. Please send an email to and a suitable solution will be sought.

My order has arrived broken or damaged, what should I do now?
That's annoying! Please send an email and photos of the damage as soon as possible after receiving it. You will then be contacted as soon as possible for a suitable solution.

I have not received all the products I ordered. What now?
That was obviously not the intention! Send an e-mail to with a picture of the contents of the box and the missing item will be resent as soon as possible!

What is the warranty?
There is a 5-year warranty from the order date, with normal use.
